2021 Dying Leaves Ride
Ok Friends,
Even though this Covid 19 Pandemic has put most of our riding on hold for the current period, we have gone ahead and made lodging arrangements for our late October Dying Leaves rides for both this year as well as next. Hopefully most of the restrictions will be lessened by then to where we can have a more normal group ride.
Now this year we have decided to spend the weekend in Mt View, AR at the Pinewood Cabins where our friends of the Lonestar BMW Riders have stayed many times. It's interesting that we have been traveling through Mt View for decades, but have never stayed there. Staying here will allow us to easily take in Push Mt Road as well as a little adventure riding to the White River Overlook, which is a very interesting location with a great view.
Ok, we have rooms blocked in the name of Lone Star Riders as follows:
10 - rooms with 2 queen beds w/kitchen and full bath (Front cabins on the square 51-64) blocked for Oct 28-30, 2021 (3 nights), which is arriving Thu the 28th and departing Sun, the 31st.
So to make reservations, everyone will need to call 870-269-5900 and talk to Ashley to reserve one of the 10 rooms in their name. Note for calling...if no one answers, their voicemail will ask that you to send an email...but I have discovered that if you wait, you will be transferred to the main number, where Ashley will answer.
