GETTYSBURG RIDE (WEEK 2)

Ok , I have reserved 6 rooms in Gettysburg for our trip in late May and early June. We have 5 doubles and 1 king room reserved. The hotel is the Quality Inn in Gettysburg and is located adjacent to the battlefield and is also close to downtown Gettysburg. The rooms are all downstair's rooms and they are front entry so you can drive right up and park in front of your room.

I have reserved the rooms with my credit card under my name for arrival on Friday May 29th and departure on Monday June 1. That will give us two full days to tour Gettysburg, the battlefield and museums. You will need to call the hotel and give them one of the confirmation numbers listed below and have them transfer the reservation to your name and give them your credit card number to hold the room. I will need to cancel any unspoken for rooms 48 hrs in advance of our arrival so that they don't charge my credit card so make your reservations as soon as possible. The confirmation numbers are:

1) 379764137 - - I have reserved this room so don't use this number.

2) 379764138- double

3) 379764140 double

4) 379764141 double

5) 379764143 double

6 ) 379764491- king room

The rates are $143.95 weekends (Fri night , Sat night) and $115.95 weekday (Sun night).

The hotel's phone number is : 717-334-1103

The hotel address is :

380 Steinwehr Avenue

Gettysburg Pa 17325

Please call to transfer the rooms to your name and then let me know which confirmation number you are taking so we can keep track of the unspoken for confirmation numbers. If we reserve all the rooms above and someone else wants to go they will have to contact the hotel directly to see if they have more rooms available.

(Right now they have a good selection of rooms in addition to the ones listed above but Gettysburg is a popular spot in the summer and there are usually a lot of events occurring in May and June.)

Let me know if you have any questions or issues with making the reservations.
