Depart 8:30a Sharp from McDonalds in Wylie

Lunch: Eat at Hungry Horse Café, 101 W. Main St. Antlers, OK 580-298-5300.

They are only open Wed-Sun. 7-3.

Ride on to Muskogee to see the Submarine exhibit, then on to Tahlequah. This will be a 357 mile first day ride.

Sunday, March 29th

Continue North to Miami and the start of Route 66. This leg of the trip is 161 miles

See the Vintage Iron Motorcycle Museum, 128 S. Main, 918-542-6170. Call ahead for tour, Chris will let us in.

Go to Afton, Ok for more Route 66 Stuff. Continue on Route 66 to Claremore, Ok.

Monday, March 30th

Things To Do Before Heading Home:

Hours, Sunday, 1-5, M-S, 9-5. Donations, $5.

Will Rodgers Memorial Museum, 918-341-0719, 1720 West Will Rogers Blvd.

Hours, 10-5, 7 days per week. Admissions Sen. $5 Group $5, Adults $7.

At this point, those returning to Dallas, could head East on OK20 to US69, then head South for home. Should take approx. 5-6 hours.

Carrol, Rick and a couple of others have planned to continue West on Route 66 for another 2-3 days, all the way to Amarillo, TX and then head home to the Dallas area.
